Forgiven Life Logo
The tiny leaves that spring from the ground represent the new birth and life of those who follow Jesus. It is a present eternal life of relationship with the Father and with Jesus (John 17:3).
The cross in the middle of the leave represents the death and resurrection of Jesus. It is the center of this new life. Growth of this new life can only be accomplished in Jesus. Jesus, referring to himself said, “Unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it bears much fruit” (John 12:24). Then Jesus focused his attention on the listeners and said, “Whoever loves his life loses it, and whoever hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life” (John 12:25).
The circle divided into two halves represents a balance life. It is a balance between loving God and loving one another. It is a balance between learning the teachings of Jesus and living the teachings of Jesus. It is a balance between the sacred and the secular. It is a balance between the work of God and the work of Believers. The Forgiven Life is a balance life.
